How to Configure Field Mappings
Section titled “How to Configure Field Mappings”- In Settings, click Configure Field Mappings for a CRM
- You’ll see two columns: Source field (from your submissions) and Target field (in the CRM)
- Click Add Mapping to add a new row
- Select the source field and the matching target field from the dropdowns
- Repeat for each field you want to map
- Click Save Mappings when done
Source fields are auto-detected from your recent submissions. Target fields are fetched live from your connected CRM.
- Saving replaces all existing mappings for that CRM — the full mapping list is saved each time
- If no mappings are configured, FormFlow sends all submission fields to the CRM using the original field names from your form
- Click Remove next to any row to delete that mapping before saving
