Settings

The Settings page is where you connect FormFlow to your CRM and configure how submission data is mapped to your CRM’s fields.

Each supported CRM has its own tab. A Connected badge appears next to any CRM that has valid, active credentials saved.

The Field Mapping editor lets you control which form submission fields are sent to each CRM field.

  1. In Settings, click Configure Field Mappings for a CRM
  2. You’ll see two columns: Source field (from your submissions) and Target field (in the CRM)
  3. Click Add Mapping to add a new row
  4. Select the source field and the matching target field from the dropdowns
  5. Repeat for each field you want to map
  6. Click Save Mappings when done

Source fields are auto-detected from your recent submissions. Target fields are fetched live from your connected CRM.

  • Saving replaces all existing mappings for that CRM — the full mapping list is saved each time
  • If no mappings are configured, FormFlow sends all submission fields to the CRM using the original field names from your form
  • Click Remove next to any row to delete that mapping before saving
