Submissions
Submissions
Section titled “Submissions”The Submissions page is your central workspace for viewing and managing all data collected through your forms.
Browsing Submissions
Section titled “Browsing Submissions”Submissions are displayed in a table showing the customer email, form name, sync status, and submission date. Results are paginated with 25 submissions per page.
Filtering
Section titled “Filtering”You can narrow down submissions using the following filters:

| Search for submissions by a partial or full email address | |
| Status | Filter by sync status: Pending, Synced, or Failed |
| Date range | Show only submissions within a specific date range |
| Form | Show submissions from a specific form |
Filters are reflected in the page URL, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view.
Bulk Actions
Section titled “Bulk Actions”Select one or more submissions using the checkboxes to access bulk actions:
- Export selected — Downloads a CSV of the selected submissions
- Sync selected — Manually triggers a CRM sync for the selected submissions
After triggering a sync, a confirmation message shows how many sync jobs were queued.
Viewing a Submission
Section titled “Viewing a Submission”Click any row to see the full submission detail, including all field values the customer entered.
Exporting All Submissions
Section titled “Exporting All Submissions”To export all submissions (not just selected rows), use the Export button at the top of the page. See the CSV Export page for details on how exports work.
